I am not a huge fan of Will Ferrell, I find his comedies can be a bit hit and miss, but this is probably one of his better ones.
The satirisation of American Election Campaigns and the "do anything to win" mentality especially with the Presidential Elections coming up is very well done, The Jokes are a little hit and miss, some big laughs, and some that just fall flat, but probably more hit than miss, plenty of chuckles and a couple of big laugh out loud moments.
Decent performances by the 2 leads, Ferrell is on form and Galifianakis puts in a good performance as Marty
Om the whole worth seeing, maybe not quite as funny as it could have been , but a well timed release, and very enjoyable 7/10
